Avenues began in 2001 with a keen interest in local London and its vibrant property market. The Avenues first property based newspaper was launched in 2001, published weekly and hand delivered to homes across North West London. The success of this flagship property newspaper was followed by a further edition of Avenues in South and South West Hertfordshire promoting property across the county.
Happy clients have requested various other services and through this, we can now offer a complete marketing package. Avenues can design and print magazines for our clients, typeset and deliver leaflets for a multitude of businesses as well as offering inclusion on our property search web site for estate agents and other appropriate businesses.
